How do I end my subscription?
You can end your subscription whenever you want by choosing Cancel subscription under Contact us. You then enter the e-mail address and mobile number that you use for your subscription.

I have not received my email exercise, why?
Many companies have installed spam filters. Look in your spam-folder or folder for junk mails in case the email is there. You can then change your settings in order to make the mail come into your inbox. If you don´t know how to do this, contact your mail provider. These settings may vary among different mail programs and providers.

My email looks strange, why?
The email exercises are designed in html and some mail servers have for safety reasons blocked graphics from being downloaded. Often you are given the choice to show the pictures by manually accepting the graphics to be downloaded. You can also use the link in the email to view the mail on a webpage with full design. You will find the link on the top in the mail.
