Paulina Teste has been working as a coach since 2004 and has helped entrepreneurs bring their dreams to fulfillment and commercialize their business ideas. She is a graduate of the Stockholm School of Economics. During 2008 she has also been working with the Core project at Stockholm University. Core is a coaching method, developed by Lotta Alsén, based on the questions: "Who am I, what do I want and how am I going to get there?"

Paulina has been self-employed since 1997, working, for example, writing manuscripts for comics and short stories published in the Swedish magazines Kamratposten, Hemmets Veckotidning and Minimax. Her main interests are personal development, yoga, dance, writing and entrepreneurship.

Michael Uvnäs has twenty years' experience as a self-taught programmer. In 1999 he set up his first programming company. Today he is CEO of MrFriday, a company specializing in operations, hosting and Internet solutions. He is also a partner in Badoo.se.

His interests are programming and problem solving. On his free time, he runs the photo community site Micoi, which has some 15,000 members, and the web magazine Gul & Vit, about people who have brought their ideas to fulfillment and are doing their own thing. Michael also enjoys spending time traveling, parachuting, snowboarding and doing meditation.
